PrescIT

The PrescIT project aims to develop a novel, highly customizable and commercially exploitable decision support platform for e-prescription, by leveraging reference drug-related knowledge sources as well as state-of-the-art data analytics and knowledge engineering methods. The platform will provide its services to both primary care physicians and clinicians, and it will be interoperable with existing e-prescription tools (e.g. Γαληνός Office) and services (e.g. the Greek national service) as well as CPOE and EHR systems, due to its service-oriented and standards-compliant architecture. PrescIT’s goal is to improve the quality of health services, increase productivity and safety.
