Intervuse is Integrated Radar, Flight Plan and Digital Video Data Fusion for a Surface Movement Guidance and Control System (SMGCS) at airports. It extracts state vectors of object motion from video frames, performs probabilistic interference and Kalman Filtering, and correlates these tracks with tracked air traffic control (ATC) radar data and time-matched flightplan data to generate a synthetic ground situation display in an integrated SMGCS-ATC controller working position.

The proposed project intends to develop and test two prototype systems at two different airports in Europe. An automated testing and statistical analysis environment for online quality control will also be produced.
