Dr Vangelis P. Oikonomou is a post-doctoral research fellow in Information Technologies Institute (ITI) at the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH). He has participated in a number of EC-funded ICT projects and his research interests include Biomedical Signal and Image Processing, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Medical Imaging etc. His scientific work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, international conferences and book chapters.
