Shoinas Ioannis graduated from the department of Informatics Engineering of the Technological Educational Institute of West Macedonia in 2016 with specialty in Network Engineering. During 2016 – 2019 he worked as software developer in the private sector while at the same time he received his Master’s Degree in Mobile and Web Computing after graduating from the International Hellenic University. His research interests include software design and development, machine learning as well as recommendation algorithms. He works as a research assistant at the Information and Technologies Institute (ITI) of the Center of Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) since July 2019
