Filimon Georgiou has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Lancaster and an MSc in Telematics from the University of Sheffield. Since January of 2000 he is the networks & systems administrator of the Informatics and Telematics Institute (ITI), which is part of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH).
