Betty Evangelinou (F) holds a diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has taken part in several national and European co-funded projects (H2020, FP7, Interreg, CEF, NSRF, GSRT) as a Project Manager and/or Technical Consultant, covering activities of EU Innovation Project & Financial Management, Business Development and R&D proposal writing and consulting services in the fields of ICT and Security, with expertise in Business Analysis and Quality Control of IT solutions. Her thesis in 3D reconstruction has also led her research in the fields of 3D modeling and visualization, as well as gamification. She has worked as a Research Associate in the National Center for Scientific Research “Demokritos” for 7 years and then she was employed as a PMO Manager in GRNET – National Infrastructures for Research and Technology. She is currently working as a Research Associate in CERTH.
