Katerina Kyriakou graduated from the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering of University of Thessaly in 2020 and received her MSc from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of  University of Thessaly in 2023.  Her main research interests during her post-graduate and MSc studies were related to Reinforcement Learning, Internet of Things, Data Mining and Neural Networks. Additionally, she has experience in the design and development of Blockchain Smart Contracts used for traceability and transparency purposes in a variety of use cases.
